I do not accept insurance. If you are interested in working with me, I encourage you to check with your insurance insurance about your out-of-network benefits. At the end of each month, I will provide documentation of services that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please note that forensic services are not covered by insurance.

Once a session is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice of cancellation.

Typically, we will meet once weekly. At times, we may meet more or less frequently depending on your needs. We will discuss this together to determine what is best.

The answer to this question is unique to the reasons that someone is seeking therapy. Sometimes, therapy involves short-term work with an agreed-upon number of sessions. More often, therapy is a longer process.
